Student and Staff Recognition

OUHSD staff can recognize an OUHSD student by submitting the form below.  Would you like to recognize more than one student?  No problem!  You can fill out this form as many times as you would like.  Each month, a drawing from the submitted entries will be held, and those selected will win a Yeti tumbler and gift card to Dutch Bros or Taco Bell.  Those not drawn will be eligible for a chance to win in a subsequent month.  Nomination Form

A huge thank you goes out to the companies that have donated items so we can recognize our hard working staff and students. We are also seeking community members and business owners to become Student and Staff Spotlight Program Sponsors by contributing $100 and help underwrite the costs for the awards, which are gift cards to local restaurants and coffee houses.
