Registration and Parent Data Confirmation

Registration and Data Confirmation for the upcoming school year can be found in your Aeries Parent Portal
The Data Confirmation section of the Aeries Parent Portal opens on July 8th

- If you are an authorized Parent or Guardian of your student - you already have an Aeries Parent Portal Account. Please check your email for more information.
- If you do not have a computer or mobile phone with access to the internet, you may contact your school office to make an appointment. You can also access the registration portal from public computers that have internet access, such as the public library.
- To complete the registration process – Parents must log in with their Aeries ‘Parent Portal Account’.
- Only Authorized Parents and Guardians may complete the Registration and Data Confirmation process

Logging In:
- Go to: https://orovilleunionhsd.
aeries.net/student/ LoginParent.aspx
Enter the email address that is on file with us and click Next - If you know your password enter it and click Next.
- if you do not know your password – click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions. If you would like to view a video on the Log-in steps, and/or How to complete the registration – we’ve posted instructional videos on our webpage.
Once logged in:
4) Click on the message to enter the Data Confirmation Process, or click on ‘Data Confirmation’ from the ‘Student Information’ Menu
5) Follow the instructions for each section until the Final Confirmation message appears.

Inicia sesión:
1. Iniciar sesión en: https://parent.ouhsd.org
Haga clic en el selector de idioma en la esquina superior derecha antes de iniciar sesión - ver imagen
2. Escribe el correo electrónico que está en el archivo de nosotros: Poner el correo electrónico de los padres y haga clic en Siguiente
3. Si no conoce su contraseña, haga clic en "¿Olvidó su contraseña?" y sigue las instrucciones.
Si desea ver un video sobre los pasos de inicio de sesión y/o cómo completar el registro, hemos publicado videos instructivos en nuestra página web. (los videos solo estan en ingles). Una vez que haya iniciado sesión:
4) Haga clic en el mensaje para ingresar al proceso de confirmación de datos, o haga clic en 'Confirmación de Datos' desde el Menú 'Información del Estudiante'
5) Siga las instrucciones para cada sección hasta que aparezca el mensaje de confirmación final.

Inter-District Transfers
An inter-district transfer is required for students who live in the Oroville Union High School District boundary but choose to attend school in another district, such as Chico or Durham. Students living outside the Oroville Union High School District boundary, such as Marysville, would submit the same form to transfer into our district. Transfer requests for the following school year may be submitted as early as January. We approve transfer requests for four years, so there is no need to submit an additional transfer request for your student while they are in high school unless the other district requires annual approval. Transfer requests are generally processed within a week. However, it may take longer to process a transfer for a student who wishes to transfer into our district if we are still determining whether there is room to accept them.

Intra-District Transfers
An intra-district transfer is required for students who live in one school zone (LP or OHS) and wish to enroll at the other school. Transfer information is sent to all 8th grade students in mid-November for the following school year. Transfers are due mid-January. Notification letters for transfers received by the deadline are mailed by the end of January. Transfers submitted after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list and processed if space becomes available. Parents are responsible for providing transportation for their students to and from school. Upperclassmen may also submit transfers, but may face athletic eligibility issues if they haven't physically moved to a new house. Please contact your Athletic Director for more information.
