Welcome to the Food Services Department
Our department believes in providing well-balanced nutritious meals for our students so they can thrive in the classroom. We invite you to join us for breakfast and lunch each school day. Our team is made up of welcoming, caring, and professional individuals who take pride in providing meals that meet the USDA requirements.
All OUHSD sites are operating under Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). This means students are served breakfast and lunch at no cost to them. Oroville High and Las Plumas High operate the At Risk After School Suppers program. The Suppers Program allows all OUHSD students to receive a meal before attending after school tutoring, sports practice, band practice or club meetings. These meals are also provided at no cost to students. To read the Federal Civil Rights requirements for the NSLP, please refer to the online Nutrition Services Division’s Civil Rights and Complaints Handbook at: http://www.cde.ca.gov/ls/nu/cr/.
If you or your student have recommendations, questions or concerns, the department’s door is always open.
