Nutrition Services

Welcome to the Nutrition Services Department
At OUHSD, we believe that well-nourished students are better equipped to learn, grow, and thrive—in the classroom and beyond. That’s why our Nutrition Services team is committed to serving balanced, delicious meals that meet USDA guidelines and support the health of every student, every day.
We invite all students to start the day with breakfast and refuel with lunch, prepared by a dedicated team of caring professionals who take pride in their service and the wellbeing of our school community.
Thanks to the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), breakfast and lunch are provided at no cost to all students at every OUHSD school.
Additionally, Oroville High and Las Plumas High offer the After School Suppers Program, where students can enjoy a free evening meal before engaging in tutoring, sports, band, clubs, or other extracurriculars.

Have feedback or questions? We’re here for you. The Nutrition Services Department welcomes your ideas, concerns, and suggestions—because feeding students is about more than food. It’s about care, equity, and community.
