Oroville Union High School District invites students, families, staff, and community members to review the draft 2026–2027 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP).
The LCAP is a three-year plan that outlines the District’s goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support student achievement and improve outcomes for all students. Each year, the District updates the plan based on student performance data and input from educational partners.
How This Draft Was Developed
The development of this draft LCAP included:
- Review of student performance data, including academic outcomes, graduation rates, and student group progress
- Stakeholder input gathered through surveys of students, parents, and staff
- Feedback from site-based listening sessions
- Analysis of current LCAP goals, actions, and services through the mid-year review process
This input was used to identify strengths, areas of need, and priorities for the upcoming year.
Opportunity for Review and Feedback
The District welcomes feedback on the draft LCAP prior to the public hearing and Board adoption in June. Input from educational partners is an important part of the LCAP development process and helps ensure the plan reflects the needs of our students and community.
