Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)

A collaborative roadmap to equity, excellence, and student success.The LCAP is our district’s legally required, three-year plan for using LCFF and other funds to support student achievement, equity, and school success. It’s created with your input and includes goals, actions, metrics, and accountability measures

  • Co-developed every year with students, families, staff, and community

  • Establishes goals in key areas: Instruction, College & Career Readiness, Multi‑Tiered Support, and School Climate

  • Aligns funding to the needs of high-needs students (English Learners, low-income, foster youth)

  • Tracks progress via clear performance metrics and financial transparency
