California Healthy Kids Survey

The Oroville Union High School District in collaboration with the Butte County Office of Education administers the California Healthy Kids Survey.  The California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) is a comprehensive youth risk behavior and resilience data survey that is used by the Oroville Union High School District to target resources to assist students in have a safe and healthy experience on each of our school sites.  The survey is administered to 9th and 11th grade students in the District.  Parents can have their students excused from taking the CHKS Survey by completing a form available at your child’s school or on the OUHSD website.  If you have questions or concerns about the California Healthy Kids Survey, please contact the Director of Education and Student Services, Corey Willenberg at 538-2300 x 104.
