COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed primarily for the non-native speaker of French. It is designed to facilitate the acquisition of the target language by using the most current teaching techniques. The pace of the class and manner of instruction of the material is designed exclusively for the needs of the non-native speaker. The course will emphasize receptive and productive language skills using reading, writing, listening and speaking activities. The course will include, but not be limited to: Reinforcement and expansion upon the content and skills acquired in level one; More advanced study of linguistic structures to enhance communication; Exploration of the literature of the target language; and Further study of the target cultures.
