MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER

Board President, Mr. Bruce, called the meeting to order at 4:09 p.m., Wednesday, August 1, 2007, at Prospect High School.

ROLL CALL

Board Members Present:   Dave Bruce, Steven Rocchi and Ed Hottell

Administrators Present:  Dwayne Robinson, Superintendent

CLOSED SESSION

· Personnel-Gov’t. Code 54957 [Public employee employment/discipline/dismissal]

Ms. Harris arrived at 4:25 p.m.  Mrs. MacIntyre arrived at 4:45 p.m.

RESULTS OF CLOSED SESSION

At 6:08 p.m., the board reconvened to Open Session.  In Closed Session, the following action was taken:

#15-07/08:  By a majority vote, the board appointed Charles Tracy as Principal of Oroville High School pending completion of contract negotiations.
